Default Header question

A few questions for those of you in the know----

On longtube headers where would I weld the O2 sensor bung before coating?

Is there a commercially available kit to block off the EGR system?

Will there be any other problems with "check engine light" or anything?

Thanks Roger

Always a good idea to let us know the year and other pertinent info too, since by far, not all C4s are the same!

If you remove the EGR system, yes.
If you only remove the AIR sytem, no.

For the air pump do a search... I dont know how to explain it well...

To find out if you need one or two, just look at your vette... Do you see an 02 sensor on each side? or only on one side? I don't know late model 86's.
