U joints on left and right half shaft

U joints on left and right half shaft
I'll be replacing these this winter, ( just parked the car for winter this week ) I'm just wondering after I change the U joints, if I should have the shafts balanced? I know the main drive shaft can be balanced but I'm not to sure about the half shafts, or if its even worth it.

Well, here's the story, I'll try to make it short.
The car has been making a humming sound (seems to be on the rear driver side) on occasion it even has a slight vibration at highway speeds, but its honestly hard to tell because of the bumps and cracks on the highway.. these might be causing of the occasional vibration.
So far I have changed the rear driver side wheel bearing, the tires in the back (needed to be changed anyway's), I changed the main drive shaft U joints, the humming now seems less present but maybe its just me.
The only thing that are left are the half shaft U joints, the rear passenger side bearing, the two front bearings, 2 front tires (they will need to be changed anyway's), but before I spend the money and the trouble on all of this... maybe someone else had a similar problem and I've been looking/fixing the wrong things.
I made up my mind and will have the half shaft balanced, just in case and for peace of mind.

Ps: I was told fixing/tracking a drive train noise is very hard, I guess its true.... but I'm not a mechanic, so any help is really appreciated.
