High Flow Cat
I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to put a high flow main cat in.
Will I see any appreciable performance increase from a new high flow?
Improve the exhaust tone? Or make it way too loud? I'd like a nice mellow roar at WOT.
If I replace the cat I would think one without the air tube would be the best approach (air delete).
I have read that Random Tech has the best. What's best about it?

Check out Car Sound, too. It's part of Magnaflow. Stay clear of Walker!!!
I would skip the precats. They really don't do much... They help in that first 5 minutes before the main cat reaches temp... and they kill performance!

Its just a higher flowing cat than the stocker, much better than stock. Whether or not youll feel the difference is another matter, you should, but I dont think theres a guarantee. It'll make it just a bit louder than with the stock cat.
Instead of trying to get a cat w/o the AIR tubes, just cap off the AIR tubes. You never know what the future brings; remember OH was "almost" a red state....
I don't think the hi-flow cat will effect sound so much as installing an efficient front Y and rear Y. I don't know what each piece contributed but doing the front Y, cat and cat-back was worth close to 20chp.
