all it really does is flood the motor with more fuel, which will cause your cats an early death.
if it is the TPS "mod"; It simulates your foot being futher depressed.
but WOT is WOT, so once you hit the WOT resistance, there is no more.
if it is the coolant temp "mod", cooler "temps" also = more fuel.
either way, your killing your cats.
about the HP increase. I guess you need to see a dyno graph.
I dunno... not for me.
I like mine stock...

Just move your IAT sensor closer to the air cleaner it will do the same thing.
