But the best bet is to drop by your favorite muffler shop and have the factory mufflers removed and have some straight pipe bent and installed in their place. Get you choice of tips and you will save a bunch of money. I've herad this on a number of cars and the sound is deeper than the ones you mentioned.
The ones I got were free from a buddy but I would certainly have removed my mufflers for straight pipes. Figure on $50 to $75 to have it done depending on the shop and the tips you want.
As for the rest, what sort of noise are the speakers making?? Bose speakers have individual amps and it's common for the amps to fail. Another possibility is the amp relay which should be near the radio.
Seat leather and new foam can be pricey if you order from the accessory catalogs like Mid America or Corvette America. Figure around $1200 for new leather installed on new foam (best way to go as everything is new) and they are very easy to install on your seat frames.
If you have problems with the power seat tracks, there are no parts available to repair yourself. The catalogs have complete power seat assemblies for sale for around $200-250 with your old assembly as a core.
