Default Procharger available, your thoughts...

A friend of a friend has an ATI Procharger PISC with intercooler (8-10lbs) available for purchase. Came off a Camero. Does it make sense to think about putting this on? I'm not planning on doing strip stuff and am wondering if it will help around town and on trips. Supposed to give some 125 hp increase. Worried that it's just another gadget under the hood, which is pretty tight already. Then there is cooling issue we always have to deal with, so your thoughts?...-C4-

How much does he want for it?, In case you decide not to to use it? They are a pain to install and require some babysitting for a while, but make good horsepower...

A procharger off a Camaro will not work on the C4 Corvette....The belt on the Corvette runs in the opposite direction. Do a search, there are a number of posts on this subject already...
