Car is stock , it is manuel , i did a tune up. pulgs, wires , cap, rotor , tps, fuel filter, cat, mufflers, and 02 sensor. The prob. has gotten better ,but still bogs, at first it would not stay running and getting no codes ??

Time to start troubleshooting....Let's start with the basics before replacing anything else.
What is your fuel pressure? How long does it hold pressure when shut off? You should have between 9 and 13 lbs.
Are both injectors firing a nice, cone shaped mist? Does either injector appear to be leaking (big droplets from injector)?
Any black smoke from the exhaust? How did your plugs look when you pulled them? Did any of them appear fouled? What did you gap the new plugs at?
If no codes, is the car warming up correctly and going into closed loop? Do you get a 12 code indicating operation of ECM?
Have you checked timing? If so, how many degrees of base timing? Any detonation?
How many miles on this motor? Has timing chain been replaced? Have the throttle bodies been synchronized?
Do you have a Chevy shop manual (Helms)?
Why did you replace the MAP and O2 sensors? Were you getting any codes prior?
You say it responds if you feather the throttle.....have you checked the adjustment of the TPS?
Answer these and let's go from there. Only so many things it can be. Let's eliminate the cheap and easy stuff first.

Try disconeccting the EGR hose,
also, try advancing the timing a few degrees.
[do the easy stuff first]
