My .02

Bent frame means it was in a bad accident--Was it???
Maybe a bad wheel bearing, jack it up & try the 12-6 o'clock test, see if theres any play.

Are you referring to how one tire is sticking out from the body a little more than on the other side? If so, it's a known characteristic of c4's and there is no fix for it, it's just a quirk. If you mean that one tire is tilted on the vertical axis, more than the other side, you need an alignment.

There were also two different bearing for vettes. If someone replaced it with the longer version it would stick out further.
I only remember this from a post I read a long time ago, maybe that person will chime in

I have found that every C4 is different from installing S/T Frames. The space between the inner body and the frame rail is never the same. It appears that the bodies were just set on the frame and where ever the glue dried, that's where it ended up, usually a 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch off from side to side.
