Aluminum trans pan???
I am installing a transgo shift kit, along with high performance billet 2-4 servo, high performance billet overdrive servo, .500 boost valve, and a high performance low reverse boost valve. I want to get an aluminum pan with drain plug for it. With all these transmission mods, will it be wise for me to get a deep pan, or will the standard deepness pan work without starving for trans fluid? Thanks!

The deeper pans are for better cooling through added capacity. Probably totally unnecessary in most street applications, especially if using a cooler.

Any large capacity pan will hang too low and you will bump it on stuff. I bought a Moroso alum trans pan off of a fellow corvetteforum member and it works great. The Moros pan is standard capacity, very well made aluminum with good welds and it has 2 drain plugs.
