Its shrinking in its old age...
Anyone else having a problem with the dash pad in the Vette shrinking up and showing its edges?
Mine is...a "94" doesn't feel old...but I guess age is catching up to her.
I keep the dash clean and put protectant on it...but it still shows signs of shrinking

mine, amazingly, has not.
I use Son of a Gun on it every so often... And it seems to look ok.

I've got that problem in my '94, and I keep UV protectant on it. It's especially noticeable at the edges near the doors, and around the defrost vent in the middle front. In fact, the defrost vent won't stay in the dash at one edge because it doesn't fit tightly in the slots anymore.

94 was the first year of the revised dash, I wonder if they changed the composition of the material?

I am taking a stab here, but since the only ones to complain are 1994 owners, then why not find a 1995 or 1996 dash pad? Aren't they the same?
