Default Duplicating Calloway system??

Still on the fence about which power adder I am going to go with after I rebuild my engine. I have been looking at various turbo "kits" and most seem super complicated. Then I got to thinking, why can't someone package a kit that duplicates (as far as location and design) from the calloway B2K option? Intercoolers on top etc... I see that Calloway even has all the parts available.. Thoughts?

They changed alot of stuff on the C4 to make it fit. I even think they redid part of the frame stuff on the passenger side by the firewall. You'll be better off, and cheaper, to do a custom job.

Callaway had over 1400 individual components changed in the package While some were turbos, intercoolers, plumbing, pipes, and wiring, others were small clips, cleats, (heat) shields, etc.

For what it would take to duplicate a B2K, you can buy one and drive now.
Super Complicated?? GM thought it was easy enough however, the program they ran in 1985 failed miserably and it was their positive impressions of Callaway Cars (based upon the TT Alfa project Callaway did) that got them the work for the Super Corvette and the General's blessing (RPO code).

The parts you see for sale from Callaway for the turbo cars, are for sale ONLY to existing RPO B2K Owners for replacement use - it took a lot of commitment for Callaway Cars to give this level of support to the owners - Owners of Vettes almost 2 decades old in some cases - most companies give up support on a product line after 10 years! ...including GM!!!

Forced induction - Bang for the buck, I would buy a Supercharger and be done with it. If you want a twin turbo Vette, buy a clean used B2K, either way - you won't be dissapointed
