Default Help with Superram Setup

I am in the process of installing a superram and have noticed that on the backside there is an area to connect vacuum lines. There are also two screw holes in this same area. What is suppose to mount in this area.
I have also found a threaded hole at the bottom of the intake. What is this for? Any pitcutres that someone might have would help me also.

Thanks

The bottom is for the MAT (Manifold Air Temp) sensor. One of the screw holes is what the MAP sensor bracket mounts to. The others are for vacuum fittings.
