Hydrocarbons 1.96 . Carbon Monoxide 45.4 . Car is a 94. Going to try plug replacement, I put in the those Iradium tipped NGK's about 2 years ago, Im sure those little tips are toast.
I thought I was running lean (lots of exhaust, and smelling sweet), but with those high numbers wouldnt that indicate running rich?

Plugs may or may not be part of the problem, but they aren't going to fix something that bad.
Sounds like you need to get somebody who knows what they're doing to diagnose it instead of throwing parts at it.
Most likely cats are toast, but you need to fix whatever killed them before you replace them. Unless you want to be replacing them regularly.
I agree that your cat(s) are toast. I ran similar numbers in the fall and I KNOW I have a bad passenger side cat. I haven't changed the cats yet nor have I re-tested, sorry I can't help more at this point.
Just pulled codes 12(intro) 24, 34, 44, and 99 (end). 24 is vehicle speed sensor, which I replaced. 34 is MAP sensor which is new. and 44 = Lean exhaust? But Im running rich via emmisions.. Maybe new ECM?
Cats might need replaced ! I just recently went through this and had very high emission readings. I failed badly, replaced the cats unfortunately but passed the damn emissions with high numbers.
