Wheel fitment question...

I apologize in advance for such a retarded question... but I have some extra tires mounted on a set of front rims 17x8½. Since they are junk and soon to be removed... I was wondering if I could mount these to the back of the car for a cool burn out pic\video? Is this possible?

TIA for answering such an odd question...
