Engine is knocking (I think) experts inside please :)
When I start the car up, it sounds great for the first 3-5 minutes
After that, and the idle settles down to about 600 there's an intermittent knock - when its there, it knocks about 3 times every 2 seconds
Sometimes its there, sometimes its not. But when I rev it to about 3000 it sounds like clattering from the engine, but doesnt really get any worse.
Any ideas anyone?
Oh its not my vette, its my 88 Cherokee 4.0 straight 6 w/ 151k - i know this is CORVETTEforum but you guys always give the best advice
