No prob man, I tried to get as much out of it without sacraficing the comfort, or giving it away. I want people to think its full weight.

One of the other things that I forgot is there is a steel piece of sheet metal that supports the power antenna. This is a pretty big piece, and atleast worth 5 lbs, It has Christmas tree plugs(or whatever they are called) holding it in. Its a bear to remvoed.

It really strikes peoples curiosity when I tell them that I am going to get even more weight out of it.

The factory starter is 19.3lbs I intend to get a 6.5lb starter for it.
I have a 35-40lb Red cap Optima batter, gonna swap it out for a 12.5lb Dyna-batt battery.

These two Items alone are good for atleast 35.3 lbs in themselves! My goal here is to get it down to 2,800lbs flat. I had it in the 2,8XX range until I changed it over to an Auto, and then it jumped up a bit, but it will be back down soon enough.

There is an aftermarket carbon fiber hood on the market that weighs around 25lbs. The stock hood w/ lights, and all is right around 120lbs So i figure it might save another 40lbs to swap it over. There is also a plastic rear window availible. The only difference I can tell from it, and the factory glass one is there is no defogger in it, and the plastic one probably scratches up easy. im not sure how heavy the glass window is, but if you want to take it to the extreme, then it is an option.

Good luck with yours, and hope you get it done.
