Default C6 Wheels on a C4

The new C6 Z06 will have 18" x 9.5" front and 19" x 12" rear wheels, with 325/30 tires on the rear.

Does anyone know the offsets of these wheels, and will they fit the C4?

Haven't seen the offset posted anywhere yet...Can tell you this much, the 18x9.5 will probably work on C4s. However, there is no way you're going to fit a 19x12" wheel in the back w/o it sticking out. Remember the people that run the GS 17x11" wheels, those wheels stick out about 1/2" so do the math. I think you would need the wider body of a ZR-1 to fit those wheels.

My 12in wide rims (335 tires) stick out a little, on the inside they're right up against the suspension.

I will be installing a set of the C6 wheels on my '89 coupe this spring. The car is currently put away for the winter. I have the set of wheels in my garage. The front wheels (18x8.5) are 56mm offset. The rear wheels (19x11) are 79mm offset. I purchased a 1" spacer to get the rear wheels out far enough to not rub on the inside of the wheel well. I know they will stick out a bit on the outer side, but that should not be any different than the guys running 17x11 rims.

I plan on putting up some pics when I get them installed.

Good luck,
Dino
