I might be closer to diagnosing my rich condition. It seem that the ari-fuel ratio does not respond to either the adjust screw nor disconnecting the vacuum line.
What is the fix for this guy? Is there a better unit out there?
Sounds like you need a new fuel pressure regulator. The rubber diaphram inside is probably torn...That would make it run rich, but you should be able to lower the fuel pressure with the adjusting screw...Somthing is definatly screwy...

Do you mean the fuel pressure is not responding? it will take a substancial fuel pressure change to actually see an afr change.
ive move my fuel pressure from 48lbs to 40lbs and have only seen a .5 difference in afr.
