Default fuel pressure switch question

Could someone tell me what this little fella is. The little male fitting coming out of the passenger side fuel rail. Because I'm mounting a fuel booster pump for my nitrous kit and theres not a whole lot of room to mount it next to the fuel filter so if I could mount the fuel pressure safety switch somewhere else...like the fuel rail...i'll be in business. Here is a picture of what I'm talking about...btw 92' lt1.

That's the Schraeder valve to which you might attach a fuel pressure gauge to check fuel pressure.

If you use that "port" for your NOS hookup you will lose fuel pressure diagnostic capabilities unless you have a dash (or pillar) mounted fuel pressure gauge.

If you're running under a 150hp shot, I would update the stock pump in the tank and not bother with an inline. Just my $.02

You can hook your nitrous fuel line right there on the fuel rail and with a updated pump you will be fine. I have been spraying 125hp for 2 years with my stock 93 pump and have no problems. Somewhere in my house I do have a new welbro pump that I need to put in though.
