Default SBC Basic Twin turbo Kit

I just had a buddy send me this link, I did a search but couldn't find any previous posts about this system. It sounds like it may be a good starting point.

Nope, the Banks system includes the intake manifold and other pieces and I believe this system was developed by Innovative not Banks.

Innovative

Banks

That looks pretty darn close to me. And by the way, banks will sell just parts. You wouldn't need the intake stuff on a fuel injected setup like you would on a carb. If they are made by different companies then it looks like one ripped the other off.

I'm an hour away from them.

I'm trying to see if they do tours, or at least swing by and tell them about all the people here interested.

Not having to used thier custom intake would really cut the costs down a lot. Keeping the cats in the stock location, which is doable given the 'up top' turbo location, would help get this CARB certified.

i talked to banks. $4500 for whole kit minus intercooler. hood clearance might be an issue on a vette.

That's not bad! The Banks kit looks nicer than the Innovative kit - doesn't mean it's better though I guess.

you could get the non-intercooled kit and run 9lbs of boost on 91 octane and on a 355ci make almost 700 hp at 6800 rpm's
