Funky acceleration
Well, tonight my 84 started hesitating when i gunned it. but i'm pretty sure it doesn't really start until 2nd gear. i played around with it a little, but I don't have many details yet. I'm thinking maybe a fuel flow problem?
i'll give you all an update tomorrow when i have daylight to fool around with it some more. but any thoughts now would be groovy.

Fuel delivery is a real possibility. Check your fuel pressure. If it checks OK idling, take it for a ride and see what happens to the pressure under greater stress. If it is a fuel problem, it could be as simple as a filter that is past due for a change.
