Default TLD hub bearing experience?

Has anyone used the rear hub bearings from The Last Detail? They are selling these things for what appears to be a good price. I have used one from Ecklers... went in well and works great, but I'd like to save a little money if these are any good. Anyone tried them? If so, what was your experience?
Thanks!
Brad

I bought an antenna from them and it was a GM AC delco part and worked great. I asked them about an antenna mast I saw on e-bay for $12 and he told me they only sell the AC delco one for $39 so I dont believe they sell any knock off parts.

Well, this bearing was listed as a reproduction part. Evidently not GM, but the price is really good, maybe too good to be true? I will likely be in the market for a new antenna as well. Mine just won't go down for anything!

I bought a pair of rear wheel bearings from them at a very good price on an eBay auction. I've never installed them yet but they look like good quality. They claimed that these were made by an OEM supplier. I too, like FD2BLK also bought my antenna from them and it was indeed a AC Delco assembly. They seem to have a good reputation and they do less "gouging" than the other major Vette part and accessory companies. I will always check with them first now.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I appreciate it. I will likely go with them for my bearing as I can afford to order it now rather than wait and save a bit more for the "higher priced dealers". I guess I can look at this as a test of different supplier's parts! Wish I could get this beast "finished", sadly I think it will be a life-long project just doing all the little things the previous owner just let go. Again, thanks!

I bought the bearings from them this winter and installed a month ago. They bolt in great and seem to be as good as the stock ones. I'll let you know in a year if they fail or not.

I have dealt with TLD many times and have always been happy. I don't think they sell junk.

Yep, I bought a set from them last year for my 85 and they are working just fine. Really did tighten up the rear end. FWIW, I couldn't tell the difference between them and the originals. TLD is a very good Co. to deal with.

The cheap ones that I got from them say "Precision Automotive Industries" on the box.

Ditto.... And that's cheap as in "inexpensive!"
