electric water pump

looking for a direct replacement for the L98 engine with nothing else but the belt.

If you're looking for an electric water pump, try Summitt Racing. They have a number of types listed.

Meziere might make one with an idler pulley on the front so you don't have to re-route the belt.

Meziere's lineup for the vette does not have the pulley. I called and the pump w/pulley is for f-bodied only.
Do a search - there are some very good postings on the electric water pump as a replacement.
