If you already have the nut off the shaft you have to press the shaft out so that the small washer will push the old bushing out. If you look at the inside washers you can see that one is smaller then the other side and will be able to be pressed out and clear the arm. When I did mine I used a drill and just about every other tool I could to dig the bushing out. Once out the shaft will slide out of the other bushing. You will have to make note of what side you are working on when you put the new bushings it’s just the opposite of taking them out but easy to screw up, I almost did

It's in there, about the 7th or 8th pic down. The order is screwed up on that for some reason.
