This guy supermail2000 must have a bunch of owner's kit. I bought one from him three months ago. I also bought a spare video and a spare plastic key from him. I e-mailed him and offered him a lower price than what he was asking on e-bay and he took it. 
He has been advertising the kits on e-bay for a while now.
