Good & Bad
Just had to tell someone about my experence . Took my 90Z out for the longest ride since Ive owned it. 3 yrs. now.drove 200 mi. 1 way also the fastest Ive. driven it .From the begining of the entrance ramp to the highway I noticed very light traffic and no one to merge into while getting on SOOOO I put the pedal down hard and went through the gears like a mad man I concentrated on the road and when I looked down I was doing 137 mph. and just as I let off the gas I heard a loud Woosh of air . my glass top popped loose on the back side I
imediatly looked behind me to see who would get it
Well the front bolts were good and tight and it heald good.
Anyways aftre tightening it in place it came loose again Has anyone else had this problem Ive. never looked at another Z is their suposed to be bolts on the back side also.? z vette murfreesboro ten.

There are four bolts that hold it in. Two by the windshield header that are vertical and two into the halo bar that are horizontal. Glad it didn't pop off the car!

Yeah, there are protrusions that help the top line up. But they won't hold it in securely. Bolts go through there into the halo. Glad you discovered it without anything bad happening!
