Default FS - 1992 6speed. 383 highly modified. $7,500.00

It pains me to offer this car for sale but I am just no longer driving the car very much and hate seeing it sit. I just spend more time driving my 1972 LS5 454 4spd for weekend enjoyment and all my racing is now accomplished with my 84....

As for the 1992.... White exterior with gray interior. Options wise the car is loaded. Sport seats, FX3 suspension, Bose sound system, auto climate control and yes the AC still blows ice cold. Cruise control still works as does every thing else.

Exterior looks OK but I'm not going to BS anyone - It needs paint and has small hole in hood from a broke motor mount (Alternator fan) at the drag strip. Typical GM clear coat issues on the paint. Still cleans up and looks OK from the curb.

Interior is nice. Typical drivers seat bolster wear but rest of interior is about as MINT as it can be.

D44 is built with a tuned posi and 4.11 Yukon gears.

ZF6 is stock black tag. Hurst shifter and shifts smooth as butter. Fidanza Alum flywheel and SPEC Stage 3 clutch.

AFS 17X11 and 17X9.5 A Molds. MT 315/35R17 Drag radials and Summi 275/4017s.

Engine is 383.

Bottom end.... Stock block, splayed billet caps. Eagle 4340 forged ultra light 44LB pendulum under cut crank 3.75 stroke. Scat Q Lite 4340 H Beam rods 6.0". Manley Platinum forged Light Weight pistons 2618 alloy 4.030 bore. Perfect Circle/Mahle rings 1/16-1/16-3/16 moly top & napier second. King HP rod and main brgs. Mike Jones custom grind hyd roller. Specs to the buyer only. Morel lifters, AFR hydra rev kit. Dura Bond coated cam brgs. Cloyes Billet true roller timing set. Competition Components WL-7RR Road Racing oil pan, pick up and Milodon HV oil pump.

Top end... AFR 210 Eliminators. 8019 spring package, Ti retainers. T&D shaft mount rocker system 1.7 ratio. Trend pushrods. Edelbrock Super Victor 2925 converted to EFI ported by JDS Induction. Fabricated Elbow/TB adapter. AS&M Mono Blade TB. Aeroquip 6AN fuel lines and Aeromotive regulator.

Other stuff... MSD Optispark, plug wires and Mezier HD elect water pump, Exotic Muscle headers and Corsa exhaust system. Very nice 4pt DOM MS roll bar by Russ at Straight Line Performance. C5 ZO6 front brake conversion. Warlboro 255LPH pump and Racetronics wiring kit. Powermaster XSTQ starter. All ARP hardware throughout.

Tuned by Ed Hutchings. Stock 92 PCM with Moats adapter board and reflashable SF512 chip.

Make no doubt the car is very FAST. Not for everybody. Low 11's and has been 128MPH in the 1/4 leaving easy with a 1.70 60ft - All Motor. Best of 7.18@99MPH in the 1/8th mile. No bull - Have TONS of videos and time slips to back it up. Auto trans and this is a mid 10 second car...

Obviously some issues. The paint and a cracked brake booster. Opti was just rebuilt by MSD and water pump just replaced. Been sitting and only driven to work once or twice this year... could use some tune up stuff... new plugs and fuel filter.

Odometer currently shows 83K miles. About 18K miles on the current build as it sits. Including a trip to Carlisle in 2011 where the car pulled down 23mpg on the hwy.

Please do not BS me or waste my time. I built this car in 2008 into what it is from a stock 60K mile car. Have owned the car since 2005 with only 30K miles.... The price is seemingly low because I want it to sell.... I know what I have in it and yes it's a lot more than $7.5K... but I know C4's are crap for value let alone one modified to the point of mine and with the paint and other minor issues....

Bottom line is I want the car to go someone who will enjoy it as I use to and I could really use the money to put into my 72 and 84.

Located in Northern VA, DC metro area.... PM is best form of contact.
Will

FYI am looking for a good rebuildable MKIV 454 block, Richmond Super Street 5spd OD transmission or LGT-700 transmission and C3 Corvette suspension kits for my 72 and would be willing to take any of those parts in partial trade.

Great deal for sure!

If I was smart-I would buy it and swap out the engine for my 1992 and re-sell it with my engine

GLWS!
