Default Want to rent, borrow, buy LT1 engine pulling plate

I think that there is a special Plate that bolts to the intake manifold to pull the LT1 engine out of a 1993 C4.

Does anyone have one in the Chicago area that I can borrow, rent, buy?

Thank you

Dave

Oscar, did you check with Corvette Central and Eckler's and those guys?
Maybe a club in your area might have one...
How hard would it be to make one?
When I raced hydroplanes I had a plate that bolted to
the intake manifold for just the same purpose.

Just saw this. Getting ready to pull the motor as my son will be home from school for the holidays. Where in Chicago area are you located. Thank you for the offer.

I'm just worried that bolting hooks into the side of the aluminum manifold will pull out or mess the manifold up?
