How many miles? Does it run and drive well or or really poorly? Rust on the under carriage?

Looks like no heater core hookup. Are those new plugs/wires/cap?

..... I haven't had time to thoroughly investigate the car yet ... been racing a lot , Turkey Bracket Bash last weekend , Snowbird Outlaw Nationals this coming weekend (12-4,5&6) ... Anyway , the odometer shows 101,xxx miles , it runs good ... I drove it into my trailer and around the block but never got out of 2nd gear , too many speed humps ... I haven't been under it yet to check for rust ... heater core is by-passed ... wires and plugs are new not sure about the cap ... it appears to have a new clutch slave cylinder and a new fuel sender/pump mount ... Driver power seat works , passenger side is manual ... driver power window works part way , passenger window hasn't moved at all ... there are new window lift tapes in boxes inside the car ... Lights all work , however , the headlights don't rotate ... nothing lights up on the dash , gauges , DIC , HVAC when key is rotated ... No VATS ... seats appear to be vinyl , they look good ... carpeting is OK especially for the age ... I will update as I make new discoveries .....

.....12-7 update ... I had half of the dash lit up for a few minutes and managed to replace the window regulator tape on the drivers door ... window goes up and down as intended .....
