Tell me-did I get a "fair" deal??
Looking for a little hand holding here. I just bought a 2000 dark green vert with 9,000 miles. It has every option that was offered. Mint condition. $39,500. From reading this forum I think this is an ok price but would like your "honest" opinion. Thanks

A deal is really more/less just a state of mind anyway.:crazy:You must have been pretty convinced as you bought the car; isn't that convincing enough?
Enjoy your new ride!

color dark green/tan/tan. When I get the vehicle I post some pictures. Thanks for the opinions. Most important fact I guess-I got what I wanted so who's going to argue or a few bucks when you're spending this much.

Congrats! You got what you wanted for your price. That alone makes it a good deal.

As a dealer my opinion is that you got a good deal. Not totally based on the numbers (although they sound good) but based on the fact that you got the car you wanted . I am sure you did your research...and I think you will be very happy down the road with your dec. By the way that is my favorite color!

I've never bought a 'vert, but my guess is that the car listed for a little over 50k new. To get a car under warranty with 9k on the odometer, not a bad deal. Especially since DBG isn't an option anymore. Also, if you avoided sales tax and lux tax, that would be a perk.
In the end, who cares, and drive the heck out of it! :yesnod:

Rdb>>>>>>>>> I traded my 00 convert with 8300 miles on it two weeks ago for an 02. Being educated in the auto biz, there was no messing around with the #'s. I got 38500.00 for my car. So you did get a VERY good deal. By the way mine had every option as well.
Good Luck
