Where is the best place to tap the feed and return line for turbo's on the oil pan

I would appreciate the help.

Being that your right down the road or state from A&A..you should try giving Andy a call. Andy used to make a modification kit that required no welding...or least he was talking about it. Otherwise......
Remove the airfilter/bridge/maf..everything up to the throttle body.
Remover the plastic shroud underneath the air filter..buch of 7mm screws hold it in place...just take out the screws and pull it out of there.
Drain all the coolant.
Pull out the rad (4 13mm bolts that hold top plastic piece on top of the rad, 2 per frame rail), leave the condensor in place..no use in taking it out and having to recharge the AC.
Look up or down and you will see the Radiator support frame. The Rad sits on top of the rubber mounts on lower support crossbar, it is simply held in place by the top plastic piece to the frame rails.
Cut the lower support crossbar (hacksaw) and move it fwd 5-6" depending on what application (rad thickness too) you are doing it for. Then secure in place (with temp fastners or weld tack), with it being tilted slight back towards the motor. You will be securing it back in place along the RAD subframe, just like it was when it was stock...just fwd 5-6".
You will have to trim the top plastic piece or fab up your own upport support brackets...easier to cut/trim stock plastic piece (IMO) to the height necessary to apply enough force to hold the RAD down on top of the lower RAD supports...just like it was when it was stock.. Put the RAD and Condensor back in place (temporarily fasten..either tack it on there or clamp)...measure to make it sure it clears for you mod...blower, IC, etc..then secure by welding or bolts/nuts.
Its as easy as that...for the blower inlet you have to trim the plastic directly under the airbridge (blower inlet)..this may require cutting or grinding some of the metal on top of the RAD also. Measurements will vary too, depending on whether you are using an aftermarket RAD or the stock one.
Don't be afraid to tweak the AC lines out of the way..just don't pull to hard against where the nub goes into the condensor..support it while you pull so you don't kink it or break it...talking about where the line goes into the condensor at.
Trim the plastic rubber piece that directs air up to the condensor/rad. You know the thing that always scrapes when you go into a driveway or entrance...trim in about 1" or so...cut to fit.
Good luck...it is easier than it looks..just take your time.

I remove the assembly, drill and tap on the opposite of the sender and install a AN fitting. I usually invert the cover when reinstalling.
As for return into the pan just about anywhere just below the block/pan interface. The actual location really depends on the location of the turbos.

You changed your question. I have all the pics of how to modify the stock sending unit...don't really like it..but apparently it works. There are higher quality pieces that can be used, I have pics of those too. I will send you both pics when I get home tonight and you can decided for yourself.
