NX problems

Had the car at the track last night and it didn't run well. I have 150 system, but only a 75 shot set up on a 96 LT1 in an Impala SS, Walbro fuel pump, Mallory 685 ignition and WOT switch.
I really "felt" nothing as far as boost on the track. Usually I can feel it, but couldn't last night.
Track seemed ok, but hot at race time (107 Degrees).
I refilled the bottle about 6 months ago and only sprayed once at the time to test it, then the car, and the bottle sat hooked up in the trunk.
I figured I had a full bottle, but once I got to the track last night, I really had to sit on the purge to get any No2 to spray out. It finally did, but not much. Bottle pressure was in the green.
I made three runs and the bottle pressure didn't budge. Usually after a run, it will drop down some, but last night nothing, after runs it didn't change.
Symptoms:
A. Slow times (non no2 times)
B. Old bottle
C. Purge takes 4 or 5 long bursts to get some no2 (not much)
D. No change in bottle pressure after runs
Should I stop and take the system apart to test it or is this an old bottle problem ?

Yeah it was all the way open. I was at firebird last night trying it. After the second crappy run, we all huddled to look at the car and it was open all the way.
I do have a filter and will install a new one today. I am going to do a fresh fill as well, but I am going to check everything today and try again.

All connections were fine. Bottle seemed full and purged better when it cooled off some more today. Took the lines off and tested to see if it would spray. It wouldn't.
Tested the electrical and found no power was getting to the WOT switch. Traced it back and found a wire had come loose.
Retest and all is good !
