BlackMagic has been posting here for a long time. I don't know him personally, but my feeling is that I *doubt* anything shady is going on here.
It's a little unusual that he hasn't returned the phone calls though -- hopefully he'll post up here soon and explain the situation.
I've sold two used Procharger kits and each time gave the buyer my cell phone number right up front and made sure to return their calls as soon as possible (after all, they're sending a large sum of money to someone they've never met before, so the least you can do is keep in touch even if there's a shipping delay or whatnot).

I'm sooo sorry for the delay. I have never had a week like this before at work. We were backed up from the 3 day weekend and it has been a snowball effect ever since. I have done my best to return calls but it's been a tough week. I know thats no excuse, but sometimes theres things you can't control. I did drop the stuff off last night, so its in their hands and on its way now. I will get you a tracking number as soon as I can. I just knew I had to see Peter Pan tonight at the local hang out and I knew that he was going to ask...But now everything is cool.......I wish every transaction was like this.
