Default Spal Fan problems
Has anyone ever heard of problems with the 12" streight blade Spal fan, commonly used in C5's, 30102038. Anything around the blades breaking off?

Looking to verify before I purchase.

I haven't had any issues with mine. They seem to be made of a very tough plastic so I'm not sure how the blades could break off?

We use them on BMWs all the time, haven't had a bad one yet.

I just wanted to make sure you guys understood me. I'm talking about the streight blade fans and not the curved fans. I heard that they can break off and cause subsequent radiator damage.
