STS Boost Controller ... Placement issues
Kit directions describe placement for cars w/o intercoolers.
If you are using an intercooler ... it is best to connect the controllers to the brake vacuum line. Comes off the rear of manifold ... and reflects the true manifold pressures that are best for tuning purposes.
Don't use a small t-connector that might restrict pressures seen by brakes. Connect the gage somewhere under the hood (if desired) .. and run hose back to wastegate connection.
