Your stock motor can easily take a 150 shot. However Like robert mentioned the clutch may not hold up. Here a while back I put a NX single nozzle kit on a ZO6 with bolt ons.The clutch was slipping on the second dyno pull. However I have done other cars that the clutch lasted a while. There are many style system son the market.Everything from single nozzle systems, maff systems and palts systems.A single nozzle is more of a universal way but works great. The maff or a plate kit will give a cleaner looking install.
Make sure you use a window switch. You will need some accessories such as a bottle heater, purge, nitrous pressure gauge, fuel pressure saftey switch to help the system fucction to its full potential. If you go to any tracks you will need a NHRA fitting and a blow down tube.
No matter what system you choose if it is dione correctly and you use a good quality system you will have years of enjoyment ouyt of your system. If I can help you with any tech questions please feel free to pm me.

So what is the safest and/or most widely used dry kit. I have dealt with dry kits on the older C-4's and they do hit much softer. I am hoping this will let my 20K mile clutch last a little longer. Only wanting to put Nitto's on it, not anything stickier. Any suggestions on the Kit of Choice?

The most popular by far is the NOS 5177, and was the safest because of it's redundant noids. However, there is a new player on the block, and that is the Nitrous Direct PRO Dry. We speced this after the 5177 and upgraded quality and capacity. We use 400hp pro noids, and Stainless Steel dual nozzles. You can get kit with a single noid, or also redundant noids. also, included is free DVD install video, an industry first. We also offer before, during and after install tech, anytime, and a better price. keep us in mind.
