Tom,
I didn't hook it up but will use it to sense a low alky setup. I figured the coolant level will, for the most part, stay steady unless I see steam or high temps. Mods are done often enough that coolant levels get checked often anyways.

i use low w.w. as indicator for alchy. tom really never gave low coolant any though. with our cars maintance is higher therefor these rthings are reg checked.
BTW threw new stat in today...coolant level is perfect
