In my experience with ECS I have always received top quality work... They go over 100% for all their customers... Like someone has mentioned on here... You can not find a thread saying different...

I'd put stock in what ECS is telling you. If they say the pump is bad ... ship it back to STS ... and wait for Rick to discuss with ECS.
