Alright, I'll give you a ring sometme.

Tonight I added the watter-wetter(1 bottle) and made a bootleg shroud out of the stock one and a pair of scissors. The temps climbed to 217 when I got tired of being hot and turned on the AC, which of course turned the fans on, the temp got down to 207 over the next 8 minutes where I got to my destination and parked. So, the shroud definitely helped and it's not even a very good one. So, I think a big key of mine is going to be this shroud and then getting the fans to come on sooner. Thanks for all the help and hopefully I'll be posting dyno results sometime soon

Turning the fans on too soon may just have them running all the time which will wear them out sooner. If you have a cooler thermostat, you will need to change on/off temps.

Default overheating

I run a procharger with twin intercoolers and a tiger shark front clip.
The underside of the clip is open so the air comes in the front and straight out underneath, it gets to 240 degrees in the city or on the highway with the a/c on, .......95 degree ambient. Without no a/c, it sits around 220. Totally proportionate to the ambient temp. 160 thermostat makes no difference at these temps as any thermostat is completely open anyway. Will try to close of the bottom so that air entering the front openings is forced through the radiator ............otherwise a larger radiator may be needed.

How do you think the front clip comes in to play if any?

I blew my a/c condenser and stock radiator out with air. There are still lots of little pebbles I can't get out.. But my car definitely runs cooler now.
