The Problem - Overheating 240+ in 90 Degree weather. Hints If I remove the radiator (cooling Tank) cap and idle the car it will come up in temp and start throwing water from the cooling tank !
1. Is this a blown head gasket or something else ?
2. What is the next step in troubleshooting the issue ?
3. Would a cylinder leak test tell me anything ?
4. What should I look for ???

Yes the fans are both operating, don't know how to determine if they are low or Hi speed though. Checked all the "Normal" issues, the new pump is working, burped all the air via the "throttle body bypass" etc. My biggest concern is that if I run the engine with the coolant tank cap off it is fine until operating temp gets to about 215 degrees and then starts boiling water like mad, 2 gallons of coolant out in about 3 minutes... Oh and I have a 70/30 mix water and dexcool and added 1 bottle of water wetter for good measure...
