Default 02 fuel system issues-help!

Background 02 Z06, A&A P1SC LPE pump( I think it's a LPE?), 60lb inj, KB BAP- 600 rwhp-AFR rises from 11.1 to 12.1 from 6000 to 6600. I was under the assumption that the combination of pump, bap and large injecters would do the trick. Duty cycle is only 79%-should i just try to increase the pulse width? Fuel pump pressure is 58psi at idle and drops to around 53psi under boost. I verified the BAP is working at idle-if i join the wires at idle fuel pressure will go from 58 to 64 psi. I have yet to change the fuel filter this year although I do change them every year. Is there anything else I should look at-pump , regulater?

JMHO.. but if you're only seeing a 5psi drop at WOT, and that 5psi drop is consistent (e.g., once hot, it's always 5psi, not 5psi cold and then 15psi when hot)... then I would personally leave it as-is and tune around the pressure drop.

This is assuming that there is nothing mechanically "wrong", your fuel filter isn't causing the pressure drop, etc.

I'm going to change the fuel filter and work on the PE table-just like you and Andy from A&A have suggested. Right now it's something like 1.24 up to 6000 then 1.31 after that-I'll try something like 1.5 and see what happens. Thanks!
