Is it illegal to have a nitrous kit in your car in some states?
Can a cop pull you over if he looked in the back window and saw a nitrous bottle?
I truly don’t know.

I think it's more a local issue then a state issue but know other can tell you. I do know certain counties and towns are getting **** and making sure line is disconnected from bottle.

Same in Tennessee. A locol police officer even told me that it was a felony to have it hooked up in the car. He said it's the lowest form of felony on the list, but a felony regardless.

In my vette I stuck the bottle in the rear center storage compartment. Hid the switches behind the ash tray door (NX Kit) and the whole car is stealth.

I'm 99.9% sure that in MD it is illegal to have the bottle hooked up.
In some states, I understand that you are supposed to have some sort of sticker on your car, if you can believe that!

I like it! I thought it was only illegal only if you're wearing a mask that's hooked directly to the bottle.
