You can do it yourself... or you can contact Neverlift.. I have no first hand experience with them, but what I have seen of their work it has been first class.
Unless you are ready to put a full back half in - I would suggest the fixed axle solution that Leo at Neverlift has (see neverlift website). PaulZ06 ran it, Paul Major's 7 second ride has it. Chris Young's setup has it. John Mackey has it. In addition to the fixed axle you need a tranny setup that is up front vs in the rear. Seem like an opportunity to put a powerglide in. All in to get the setup done - I'm guessing is a 20K proposition which may sould like a lot but compared to a full back half job - very cheap.
One alternative to that is a tranny swap to a turbo400 and keep the IRS. I don't want to jinx myself but we have not had any rear problems with this (hardened output shafts and a DTE brace). It rear mounts with minor fabrication work. I have it and Silas has it from ECS - both 9 second cars. Billy (Boweryboy) will be running a single rear mount turbo with the turbo400 on IRS from Vette Doctors. That car should go a lot faster than either Silas or mine.
From a cost perspective - the turbo400 tranny installed including a custom exhaust which is needed (you can get a 4" exhaust with cutouts ) I'm guesssing will cost you less than half of the neverlift solid axle solution.
