Default Anyone using the NOS progressive nitrous controller??

Anyone using the NOS progressive nitrous controller? Does it wear out solenoids? Is it worth $550.00? I am getting ready to install a TNT 150 shot and want to know if I should get a progressive nitrous controller.
Thanks Bobby

I guess that would depend on if you dont mind the life of the kit being less than it would be in normal form.

FJO makes a bunch of different versions. They were the ones that made the NX maximizer for NX as well.

Yep I agree, and that's why I stick with multi stage.

Well that's up to you, yes they allow more over all power to be used, but you must stay on top of the noids ie: rebuild annually or semi annually. A dual or triple stage will do the same and be much, much easier on the noids. Most all of the pro guys run multi stage, and that'll tell a lot of the story right there.

Aren't there some solenoids made in England that are designed to be pulsed? From what I recall they were about the same price as the ones used here....

Well all the manufactures claim their newest noids are compatable. With new plunger materials they are better than noids of past, however, any electro/mech product has a wear/failure rate and when pulsing that will certainly go up.
