Best price I've found is $249 at dagostinoracing -- do a search there for "boost-a-pump" and select a 40 amp model.
Maybe someone else knows a better price.
Or you can get the MSD fuel pump voltage booster from Jegs for $235 -- it has variable voltage output and variable trigger pressure.

You don't need a 40amp if you are running a single pump.
Call KB and get a 20amp, the last one I bought was $219
