O2 Sensor codes

O2 Sensor codes
I am constantly getting O2 sensor codes. Could the sensor be bad, or is this just a fact of live with headers and FI?
P0133 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Slow Response Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0153 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Slow Response Bank 2 Sensor 1

When I had stock manifolds and borla stingers = no codes
Added LGM LT's = codes
Went back to Titanium exhaust and LGM LT's = no codes
That tells me that there less back pressure with the borlas which doesn't help with heating up the O2 sensors.

If the check engine light bothers you and those codes always come up. I found the best way is to delete them with some tuning software. I used the ls1 edit. This way no check engine light and I still pass emissions!

3 options
1) Program them out
2) Switch to 02 simulators instead of sensors
3) Ignore check engine light.
I chose option 1, because I didn't want to get used to the check engine light being on, and then possibly ignore a more serious problem unknowingly.
