Stock Rear Diff
I am sure this issue has been covered many times.
How is the stock rear setup. I have read a few posts about the rears being weak.
I am making 604 RWHP on an 02 Z and use DR's. I go to the 1/4 track ever now and them.
If so what mods are necessary? The whole Unit or just output shafts? Is replacing the output shafts something that can be done in the car with ease?

just to get ya started, DTE brace, RPM hardened output shaft, upgrade clutch packs. You will need to remove the trans/diff/cradle to do these mods or anything else that is going to be worthwhile to strengthen the drivetrain.
FWIW DR's are brutal on the drivetrain.
Do a search, lots of info on this.
