I had a TTi X kit installed recently and all of a sudden I am getting the " Active Handling Warming up" or the "Service Active Handling" on the DIC . Is it in the software or is something else going on? I never had the problem before the software install. The other issue is HP is harder than h$#@@ to get a hold of.

This popped up some time ago with TT install. Did you flash or use file from different model?
BigDog, your tuner told me that he would only give me a crippled tune, or a locked good tune. When I first asked him he acted like he didn't know it was possible to lock a tune. So, you should check with him and see if its even possible for you to do anything with it, other than start over.

And you better search till your blue in the face, cause if you ask on the HP tuners forum and it has been asked before......?????
Get ready to experience the wrath of the HP Tuners gods...
those guys take no prisoners and can be very rude as well
who is your tunner ? if i may ask i am in cleveland,oh and i could give you a great tunner.
do yourself a favor call trevor at hutter performance in chardon ohio. he tuned 2 sts cars for me with no problem. ph# 1-440-285-8467 tell him the twins told you to call.
Was the steering shaft off at any time during the installation?
If so the steering wheel could simply be 1 turn off. You'll have to check with a Tech2 to find out. HP Tuners doesn't communicate with the chassis or body control modules except to request DTC's.
HP Tuners doesn't read or program the body or chassis modules, only the PCM on your C5.

They've ALL been very helpfull to me too...but try asking a question that has been asked a few times before and see what happens...
The problem is that people get the software and then are in a BIG hurry to use it or solve their problem , so heavy usage of the Search button is not always First priority....I love it...but getting flamed is not always that enjoyable...
