No filter on the intake from the charger? If you had a standard filter with that i cant see how you could have sucked something into the impeller?

If you look closely, you can see the impeller is drooped down. Which means there is no outter bearing left, or it has a broken shaft. These things turn at very high rpm, so that's why I say it's a bearing. I've seen turbos eat up impellers, but this is the first time I seen anything like this to a snail type compressor.
