As you can see the core you are using 18" (in the middle) flows about 20-25% less than the larger 25" long core we use. The larger core is rated to flow is 1500-1600 CFM. If you estimate your core only flows 1200 CFM, than you have one serious restriction on that 2000 CFM head unit. Switch the core and you will be able to make more power with less boost.
How do you go about that without sending the unit back to procharger? My understanding is procharger puts a new back half on when reclocking the oil slinger in the blower? I am not sure if my comment is a fact?
The blower is made with 3 machined spots where the oil slinger goes-all that happens is you pop it of 1 and drop it in the other. You should send it back to Procharger as you will need a new dipstick as well-I think the cost is like $125. BUT if your mechanically inclined it can be done at home-you'll just need to order a new dipstick. I may have some pics of the unit apart-pm me if you need them.

A quick thing that needs to be clarified Arun, the brackets CAN use up to a 4.5" or maybe 4.75" pulley. The only difference is that a pulley larger than 3.8" has to be installed before the head unit is installed (like all other ATI brackets that I know of) and a 3.8" or smaller can be swapped with the head unit mounted.

WOW nice, you can swap pullies without removing the blower
